Mrs. Dana Yemen

I have been a member of the Drumheller Valley Secondary School (DVSS) team since the start of the 2018-2019 school year. After teaching at Three Hills School for eight years as a Junior and Senior High School teacher, I was fortunate to have a role in our Division's Head Office as a Learning Coach prior to beginning my Associate Principal role at DVSS. Having grown up on a farm outside of Delia, I have been connected to the valley for my whole life. My husband, Josh, was born and raised in Drumheller and we feel very fortunate to raise our 4 children here as well. My educational background after graduating Grade 12 at Delia School contains a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, a Bachelors Degree of Education, and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership along with continued professional development supported through Golden Hills School Division.
