Mr. Jason Rasmussen

Greetings!  My name is Jason Rasmussen and I teach high school sciences at D.V.S.S. including Science 10, Biology 20, Biology 30, and Palaeontology 15 and 25.  I also have the opportunity to teach science 8.  I attended the University of Lethbridge and obtained two bachelor degrees, one in Education and one in the Biological Sciences.  Further, I have found a passion for the game of football and have been coaching the senior Titans since my arrival at our school.  I strongly believe that every student has strengths and gifts that are not necessarily visible to those around them.  I believe this applies to the classroom as well as our lives outside the classroom walls.  I challenge students to develop critical thinking skills and further to identify their areas of strength.
